Natalia is our Tech Recruitment expert. She specializes mainly in Software Development positions in Estonia and recruits candidates for Backend (Golang, Java, .NET, PHP), Fullstack and Frontend (React, Angular) roles. Natalia’s background is Finance and Accounting but she has always been interested in IT and eventually decided to take a leap, follow her passion and join an IT sourcing course. She has never looked back. On top of her passion for tech Recruitment, Natalia also loves reading fantasy books and watching movies.
What makes Natalia magic?
Extensive work experience and knowledge of IT field, previous experience with programming – Natalia studied programming at university and even worked as a developer for 6 months, extraordinary sourcing skills and ability to build international IT networks.
