Our Client is a licensed online casino that operates in the global entertainment market and is looking for a Head of Affiliates to join their fantastic team. They are providing innovative, high-quality, and secure products to their customers.

As a Head of Affiliates, your role is to build a marketing strategy for both our existing and future brands with a main focus towards crypto and develop the team of affiliate managers to make this strategy implemented smoothly. You will be a key person within our team and the main point of contact for our affiliate partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Observe the current igaming and affiliate market
  • Provide analysis about the affiliate environment and attend industry events
  • Manage and optimize our clients affiliate program
  • Control, optimize and further develop our clients affiliate channel
  • Drive revenue growth, build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners
  • Work with Country Managers to plan and execute affiliate marketing promotions
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners, especially on commercial matters in order to continuously improve marketing campaigns, offering the most competitive and effective CRM

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior Affiliate Manager within the iGaming industry
  • Full proficiency in English 
  • Strong negotiation skills combined with hunger and drive to exceed targets
  • Understanding of CPA deals
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of all different acquisition verticals
  • Proven experience with CPA nets would be a plus
  • Able to plan and execute sales outreach strategies and create marketing plans that deliver hard KPI targets
  • Strong leadership skills
