We’re looking for a self-driven individual with a flexible mindset and a strong knowledge of the iGaming market to join our client in Malta as an Affiliate Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a good background in affiliation and wants to take their career to the next level. The ideal candidate is someone who has a good understanding of product management, who is a strong believer that the customer is at the heart of everything.

Excellent communication and people skills are key to succeeding in this role to be able to build and maintain strong relationships with top affiliate partners as well as to work closely with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • As an Affiliate Manager, your responsibilities will include control, optimisation, and further development of the affiliate channel
  • Observe the trending market and provide analysis in the affiliate environment and attend industry events
  • Support existing partners well as adapt the commission structure according to partner performance and market requirements
  • Provide performance evaluations and KPI reports and administer affiliate tools (NetRefer, Tableau)
  • Conduct and assist in competitor analysis to improve company product and strategy
  • Work with the Country Managers to plan and execute affiliate marketing promotions
  • Collaborate with the internal Country Management teams and CRM team, especially on commercial matters to continuously improve marketing campaigns, offering the most competitive and effective CRM
  • Proactively research and contact new affiliates, bring acquisition proposals to the table and see them through to their results
  • Meet and develop relationships with both new and existing affiliates; attend conferences and various networking events

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within affiliation
  • Solid knowledge of the iGaming affiliate market and its players
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Tech savvy and proficient MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong people and relationship-building skills
  • Able to define, structure, and prioritise their workload and with the flexibility and capability to change when required
  • Desire to be part of building the future
