For one of our clients in the online-gambling space, we’re looking for a Creative Project Coordinator to lead end-to-end creative projects – from the initial brief through planning, coordination, execution, and final delivery. Your mission will be to bridge the creative and business worlds, ensuring that every project is delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.
What you’ll do:
Manage the full lifecycle of creative projects (Digital, Branding, Social Media, Content).
Coordinate creative teams (designers, copywriters, strategists, developers, production, account managers).
Work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Translate briefs and client needs into clear creative tasks and workflows.
Conduct benchmarks and identify trends across channels (Meta, Snap, TikTok, Programmatic).
Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and remove roadblocks.
Ensure the quality and consistency of all deliverables with strategic and branding guidelines.
Continuously improve creative project workflows and processes.
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in a similar role at a creative, advertising, or digital agency.
Strong understanding of creative and production processes.
Ability to manage multiple projects at once and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Jira).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Experience in social casino, real money gaming, or entertainment sectors is a plus.
