Creative Strategist

We are helping our client – a fast-growing international iGaming performance marketing agency, on a Creative Strategist role.
In this role you will lead the creative advertising vision and output across iGaming, casino, and betting brands. Bridge clients, designers, and media buyers to produce ads that convert. You are Hands-on with scripts, briefs, and creative strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the creative advertising strategy for all client brands (casino,
sweepstakes, betting)Write ad scripts, headlines, and copy for UGC/video/display formats
Create structured briefs for designers and editors, internal and external
Review and optimize creative assets based on performance data
Research trends, competitors, and platform best practices (Meta, TikTok,
Reddit, etc.)Maintain close contact with design agencies, freelancers, and client creative
teamsPresent and sell creative ideas to clients and internal stakeholders
Manage in-house design resources
Work closely with Paid Media and Project Management leads to align
campaign executionEnsure creative assets comply with brand tone, ad network policies, and
platform specs
Requirements:
- Must-have: proven experience in iGaming / casino / betting marketing
- Strong creative direction background – able to lead both visual and narrative
concepts - Excellent English language skills
- Deep understanding of online advertising formats, funnels, and performance
- Confident interpreting analytics to guide creative iteration (CTR, CVR, CPA)
- Skilled in communicating with multi-disciplinary teams (media, design, clients)
- Bonus: practical design/video editing skills (Figma, Canva, AE, or similar)
- High autonomy, sales mindset, ownership attitude
