Our client with its unique product is currently looking for a new CRM star to join their growing and ambitious team. Perhaps you like challenges and have a bunch of fresh ideas up your sleeve? You know how players behave and interact with casino and sports products. Maybe you speak Swedish, German, Japanese, Spanish or Norwegian? If you ticked all the boxes, you’re the right superstar for the job! 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute CRM campaigns from scratch using all channels such email, SMS, push/web notification etcetera.

  • Create engaging campaign copies and coordinate translations.

  • Help to optimise the customer journey and experience.

  • Create emotional connections and long-term like-ability through player communications.

  • Optimise campaigns together with the data experts and other player marketers.

  • Creating and crediting bonuses.

Requirements:

  • A highly organised, creative person with a keen eye for details.

  • Somebody who is flexible and has excellent time management skills.

  • A team player who is proactive and autonomous and loves to get stuff done.

  • Somebody who is aware of the principles of CRM.

  • Technical understanding of CRM tools.

  • Basic knowledge of HTML.

  • Have a good understanding of the sports & casino verticals.

  • A person with strong people skills which are required to collaborate with different partners across the organisation.

  • Somebody who is native in one of the following languages: Swedish, German, Japanese, Spanish or Norwegian and fluent in English.

  • A person with a passion for games and/or sports and knowledge in iGaming industry.

  • Extra awesome if you have previous experience in a similar role.
