Our client in igaming industry based in Tallinn, Estonia is looking for a Customer Insight Analyst to join their team.

As a Customer Insights Analyst, you will be a member of Group Business Intelligence team, focused on providing reporting and analysis into behavioral tendencies of current, new and future Customers.


  • Development of dashboards and visualizations for key customer KPIs such as retention, reactivation, early life cycle value
  • Measuring ROI of targeted promotions to current and existing customer base as well as general brand focused above the line marketing campaigns 
  • Working with CRM and Marketing teams to design, test and enhance gaming promotions to improve performance KPIs and customer experience 
  • Identification of and tracking new and existing high value customers – ensuring they are appropriately rewarded and are retained as clients  


  • We are looking for an expert analyst with experience in marketing, customer value and behavioral analytics 
  • They must have experience analyzing large amounts of customer behavioral and demographic data 
  • History with developing and managing automated systems for marketing analysis and performance measurement 
  • Familiarity with visualization software and techniques (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy)
  • Fluent working proficiency in English
  • Ability to set priorities, take responsibility and manage tasks independently
  • Exceptional analytical skills and communication skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in any relevant field, such as Marketing, Business, Statistics and/or Science
  • Expertise within the gaming industry is preferred but not required
