What You’ll Do
Provide outstanding customer service through chat and emails in both English and Estonian.
Respond professionally to a range of live chat and email queries from players
Handle KYC duties and document processing
Investigate inquiries to determine underlying customer needs
Communicate in a prompt, thoughtful, warm, and empathetic manner
Provide first-time resolution wherever possible
Remain vigilant of any suspicious activity and escalate when needed
Cross-sell and promote opportunities when appropriate
Identify responsible gaming concerns during live communications and offer appropriate support
Always put the player first
What We’re Looking For
Experience in Customer Service or a similar role within the iGaming industry
Strong proficiency in English and Estonian, both written and spoken
Willingness to work shifts between 8 am – 1 am
Current location or willingness to relocate: Malta
