As the company continues its rapid international growth, we’re seeking a revenue-driven, commercially focused Customer Success Manager to join their high-performing team in Finland.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of strategic accounts, driving sustained revenue growth while positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to executive-level stakeholders. This role requires strong commercial acumen, the ability to navigate complex organizations, and a passion for building long-term, high-value partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure expansion opportunities through strategic account management and value positioning.
Develop and present compelling ROI cases that capture executive attention and drive strategic decisions.
Build a strong personal presence within client organizations as a thought leader in autonomous technology and quick commerce.
Map organizational dynamics to engage key influencers and decision-makers.
Create and execute strategic account growth plans that align client objectives with commercial goals.
Leverage customer insights to lead cross-functional collaboration, turning intelligence into actionable business growth.
Mitigate churn risks while maximizing upsell and cross-sell opportunities across assigned accounts.

What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Customer Success, Strategic Sales, or Consulting, with a proven track record of growing key accounts.
Demonstrated success in converting customer insights into strategic expansion opportunities.
Fluent in English and Finnish (other languages are a plus).
Recognized as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, with strong influencing and relationship-building skills.
Skilled in reading complex organizational structures and navigating decision hierarchies.
Strong commercial instincts, data-driven mindset, and the ability to develop persuasive ROI-based business cases.
