We are looking for passionate support agent to join igaming operator based in Tallinn.
 

 Responsibilities:

  • Providing a professional and safe customer service experience to customers via live chat and email
  • Detecting technical issues and communicate those with other department and suppliers 
  • Having good knowledge of AML procedure and reporting of  any suspicious behavior accordingly
  • Adherence to responsible gambling and player protection routines and procedures
  • Taking care of customer accounts

To succeed you need to:

  • Have a true customer service approach
  • Thinking proactively
  • Be fluent in both written and oral Finnish and English
  • Be flexible, willing to work shifts
  • Have self-discipline; you are initiative to get started and you are persistent to see things through to a successful completion
  • And previous experience in the gaming industry a great plus
