Global Digital Manager

This Global Digital Manager role is a newly created position within our client’s marketing department and will oversee all paid and organic traffic behaviour, content marketing and marketing tracking together with needed technology stack. To lead the centralised unit of PPC, SEO and Content professionals, with the goal to deliver great ROI for the business. 

Responsibilities:

  • Mentoring, setting up, managing, optimising and reporting on the performance of Digital marketing campaigns in all the markets.

  • Identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance through regular campaign analysis and optimisation.

  • Post-campaign performance analysis and evaluation, looking for opportunities to improve.

  • Working closely with other on-demand channels like SEO, PPC, Programmatic, Affiliate Marketing, Google AdWords and Paid Social advertising to leverage channel synergies in a competitive landscape.

  • Developing industry knowledge and educating key stakeholders on programmatic display capabilities, best practices, and important technologies.

  • Ability to set up and manage SEO, PPC, Programmatic, Paid Social Media campaigns, including remarketing campaigns.

  • Manage bids, modifiers and budgets, optimise keywords, match types, ad copy, landing pages and audiences.

  • Management of project and campaign budget.

  • CMS and CRM tool management & relationship management of external partners.

  • Training and management of junior team members within the app & display space.

  • Creating a strong digital marketing strategy to increase the revenues of the different media channels.

  • A strong communicator who is well organised and methodical.

Preferred skills

  • 3 years + hands-on experience in PPC, SEO, Programmatic, Paid Social Media campaigns.

  • Proven and strong understanding of current practices in digital marketing, social media, cross-device marketing, prospecting, look-alike targeting, retargeting and remarketing.

  • Good knowledge of digital advertising ecosystem (ad-serving, ad-networks, data visualisation tools, exchanges, DSP’S etcetera).

  • Knowledge of remarketing and retargeting.

  • Technically proficient with core business IT programmes and the ability to adapt and learn new systems.

  • A team player who is able to work on multiple projects and with multiple levels of seniority.
