Head of Live Studio Operations
As Head of Live Studio Operations, you’ll be building and leading a strong and high-performing Live Studio Operations management team, which manages the operations of the company’s Live studios in Tallinn. You’ll be ultimately responsible for the day-to-day operations, service excellence and longer-term strategic direction of the Live Casino studios.
You’ll be managing multiple teams that cover a number of functions including Game Presenters, Shift Leaders and Floor Managers, Surveillance & technical support, service quality and training. You’ll be a member of the company’s Group Senior Management Team and budget holder for their Live Studio organisation, including a staff headcount of up to 200 people.
Establishing a high-performing Studio Management team, setting and driving the strategic goals and delivering outstanding business results with them.
Setting, tracking and exceeding the Studio operational targets / KPIs.
Ensuring a premium level product and service for the customers at all times, following the company’s brand service standards.
Ensuring that the Studio has a sufficient number of highly engaged, well trained and highly performing people working in the Studio delivering excellent results.
Continuously analysing and finding ways to keep the operational costs reasonable.
Collaborating with the business and product teams to ensure that all new games and features are delivered in time and at the established standards.
Collaborating effectively with all internal stakeholders including, but not limited to: people team, marketing, Finance and QA.
Measuring and analysing the business and people performance, continuously finding ways to improve both.
Ensuring that the Studio has all relevant processes and procedures in place across the whole Studio operations.

You are a high-calibre professional with strong operational skills, excellent leadership skills, a strategic mindset and a can-do attitude. You are an established leader who has already been able to demonstrate her/his abilities to grow and manage a team and drive them to excellence.
You have a deep understanding of the gaming industry and live casino business and operations, good working knowledge of the technical competencies required to fully understand the delivery of the live studio content to the customer, and to take full ownership of it. Great financial acumen – ability to read, understand, prepare, and action financial data provided through reports, p+l’s, and KPI’s.
Previous experience in the gambling industry, ideally from a live studio casino environment.
People management experience, including successfully leading a team in a high growth stage and fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership presence. Proven capabilities in building strong and profitable business relationships across teams.
Strong operational acumen and a desire to constantly optimise working processes.
Experience working in an international & multicultural organisation.
Excellent communication skills – able to communicate business objectives to both senior management and Studio employees.
