Head of Marketing

We are hiring on behalf of our partner, an innovative company in the iGaming sector, dedicated to delivering exceptional products and solutions. They are looking for a Head of Marketing to drive growth and success through strategic and hands-on marketing leadership.

This position is suited for a highly skilled marketing professional with extensive experience in client acquisition and retention within the iGaming industry. The ideal candidate will balance strategic vision with operational execution, ensuring the company remains competitive and continues to expand in a dynamic marketplace.

Role Overview

As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives, as well as defining and implementing long-term strategies. You will manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, enhance brand positioning, and identify opportunities for market expansion.

Working closely with Sales and Product Management teams, you will ensure consistent branding, analyze consumer behavior, and lead external marketing and sales partnerships. This role requires a data-driven, innovative thinker who thrives in a fast-evolving industry and is skilled in optimizing campaigns to drive performance.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at customer acquisition and retention.
  • Oversee the marketing roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and budget.
  • Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns tailored to casino, sportsbook, poker, and other iGaming verticals.

Campaign & Brand Management:

  • Lead digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including SEO, PPC, and social media to enhance brand positioning.
  • Maintain and evolve the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visuals.

Data-Driven Optimization & Insights:

  • Analyze campaign performance and key industry-specific metrics to optimize marketing activities.
  • Provide strategic marketing insights to improve engagement, acquisition, and retention.
  • Continuously identify and implement data-driven marketing enhancements.

Content & Community Engagement:

  • Develop engaging content (blogs, videos, promotions) to enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage social media presence and community engagement, fostering a strong online presence.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies.
  • Adapt marketing approaches to maintain a competitive edge in the iGaming market.

Reporting & Performance Measurement:

  • Generate regular reports on campaign effectiveness, insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Use analytics tools to refine marketing strategies and drive ROI-focused optimizations.

Cross-Team Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with company goals.
  • Collaborate with external marketing and sales service providers to enhance outreach efforts.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration within the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within iGaming.
  • Strong understanding of the iGaming ecosystem and its evolving market landscape.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Expertise in marketing analytics and performance measurement tools (Google Analytics, BI tools, CRM platforms).
  • Exceptional content creation and storytelling abilities for brand-building and engagement.
  • Hands-on experience leading marketing teams and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Native-level English proficiency (essential for this role).

Preferred:

  • Certifications in marketing, digital marketing, or iGaming industry-specific credentials.
  • Experience in marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms).
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technology platforms.
