We are looking for a IT Admin to join our client, a Stockholm based consultancy company on permanent basis.

As the IT Administrator, you will be responsible for the company’s Internal IT Infrastructure, networks and security systems. You will be responsible for investigating and diagnosing IT problems, making recommendations for improving the company’s IT systems and carrying out routine configuration and installation of IT solutions. On a day-to-day basis, you will be provisioning new users with their IT equipment and might be called upon to help colleagues with their IT needs. This will mean you will need to share your own knowledge to help others and ensure that users are working in accordance with the company’s IT policies defined by the IT Governance. Other tasks may include managing the backup routines, security policies and credential management.                           

RESPONSIBILITIES:

                                                                        

  • Maintain and develop the Internal IT Infrastructure supporting the business requirements

  • Maintain and develop documentation and knowledge sharing in Enterprise IT via online tools                   

  • Identify operational problems and contribute to their resolution

  • Identify ways to automate the IT department’s tasks to improve service-desk efficiency

  • Consult with various stakeholders and the management team on changes needed

  • Contribute to architecting technical solutions to meet the dynamic business requirements

  • Provision users with the various hardware and software platforms to perform their jobs 

  • Provide First line support to enable the correct application of IT standards and procedures

  • Managing the IT inventory and keeping all IT resources working correctly                                                                                                                          

REQUIREMENTS:                           

  • Have three years’ practical experience in a similar role
  • Fluent spoken and written English (Swedish language a bonus)
  • Communicate effectively, convey information clearly to stakeholders, colleagues and third parties
  • Highly self-motivated, reliable and have a proactive mindset
  • Positive service-minded attitude with a sense of humility to handle difficult help desk issues
  • Familiarity with the Atlassian Stack: Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence,Trello, Freshworks
  • Hands-on administration experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace cloud technologies
  • Experience and well versed in Window Server platforms (2008, 2012, and 2016) and their respective roles: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO’s         
  • Experience in Hardware/Software support, configuration, and installation for PC and MAC 
  • Experience in managing a virtual environment, such as VMware & Citrix
