Japanese Customer Support Agent

You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care every time they interact with us. You’ll use your excellent communication skills to answer queries via chat and email, always being friendly and welcoming. You’ll liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues as quickly as possible, thrive at multitasking and have the ability to manage expectations. You will have a strong eye for detail and the technical skills to adapt to a multitude of new and evolving systems.

What we expect of you:  

  • Native Japanese language knowledge, written and verbal

  • Excellent English language knowledge, written and verbal

  • Experience managing demanding customers and hunger for finding solutions

  • Highly skilled with computer and new technologies

  • Outstanding communication skills and an eye for detail

  • Basic knowledge of cryptocurrencies is highly beneficial

  • Understanding of sportsbook or casino products is beneficial

This role involves working shifts, weekends and some unsociable hours. During the interview the working pattern will be communicated. If you are a student, flexible working hours can be agreed upon the interview.
