Lawyer

Our client, the pioneers of the crypto gaming universe, was founded in 2014 and operates the world’s leading Bitcoin-focused iGaming brands. They are now looking for a lawyer to join their growing team.


Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and drafting agreements and other legal documents with different service providers;

  • Identifying and providing overviews of the possible risks for the business;

  • Onboarding external service providers, answering their questions and sending out due diligence documentations;

  • Working closely with other departments and stakeholders; assisting them with legal tasks such as: dealing with incoming queries, gathering information, filling in the forms and organising legal documents.


Requirements:

  • A degree in law;

  • At least 2 years experience working in a law firm or in-house legal team;

  • Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills;

  • The ability to multi-task and manage several concurrent projects;

  • Proactive can-do attitude;

  • Excellent level of written and verbal English;

  • Estonian language skill is highly beneficial.
