Our client, a fast-growing player in the iGaming industry, is looking for a Motion Designer – UGC Video Specialist to join their creative team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on bringing ideas to life through motion graphics and short-form video content.
Responsibilities:
Design and animate engaging motion graphics for social media, digital ads, and branded content.
Produce, edit, and optimize UGC-style video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Collaborate with creators, influencers, and marketing teams to deliver authentic brand stories.
Maintain brand consistency while testing new visual approaches and formats.
Stay up to date with design trends, platform updates, and cultural moments.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in motion design, video editing, or content creation (UGC experience highly valued).
Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and UGC-style videos.
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Figma, Midjourney (bonus: Final Cut, CapCut, mobile editing tools).
Good understanding of social media trends, especially short-form content.
Experience with AI tools such as Veo3.ai.
Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual communication skills.

Experience with influencer content or direct-response video ads.
Background in iGaming or Social Casino.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
Understanding of key performance metrics (CTR, retention, engagement).
