As a Customer Support with a genuine passion for games, you will be communicating with the players to guide them through their adventure with this brand – using their preferred communications platform to provide assistance and advice in an easy-going style.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for navigating the players through their player experience by providing excellent support. You will be providing assistance, advice, life hacks and small talk with the players through our various communication channels.

  • Work in collaboration with other cross-functional teams such as – Responsible Gaming, AML, Payments and Loyalty.

  • Contribute fresh new ideas, giving constructive feedback to keep improving how the company work and exercising your creativity.

Requirements:

  • You are imaginative, creative, have great people skills and a positive energy.

  • Native Norwegian speaker and fluent in English.

  • You are curious about gaming or already in love.
