Operations Specialist – Payments, Risk & Compliance

Our partners are an established iGaming group launching an exciting new Sweepstakes Casino brand focused on the U.S. market. Their goal is to deliver a smooth, secure, and exciting player experience—and that starts with having the right operational team in place.

We’re looking for sharp, hands-on Operations Specialist – Payments, Risk and Compliance to join the team. You’ll play a critical role in managing day-to-day operations across payments, chargebacks, KYC, fraud, and risk management.

This is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage, take ownership, and grow as the business scales.

Your Responsibilities
As part of the Operations team, you’ll work across several key areas, including:

Payments Operations

  • Monitor and process player deposits and withdrawals

  • Investigate failed transactions and liaise with payment providers

  • Ensure accurate reconciliation and reporting

Chargebacks & Dispute Management

  • Handle incoming chargebacks and build strong response cases

  • Collaborate with PSPs to resolve disputes

  • Identify trends and work proactively to reduce dispute rates

Risk & Fraud Monitoring

  • Detect and investigate suspicious activity, including multi-accounting, bonus abuse, and fraud

  • Apply and improve fraud rules and alerts

  • Support internal escalations and implement preventative measures

KYC & Compliance

  • Review and verify customer KYC documents

  • Ensure onboarding and ongoing monitoring align with internal policies and relevant guidelines

  • Support automation and policy development for KYC and AML processes

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in payments, fraud/risk, KYC, or chargebacks—ideally within iGaming, Fintech, or Payments

  • Comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities and switching between areas

  • Hands-on experience with PSP dashboards, fraud tools, KYC platforms, and/or chargebacks

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and decision-making skills

  • Proactive, accountable, and self-driven

  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)

  • Positive mentality

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with the U.S. market and sweepstakes or social casino models

  • Previous experience working in a startup or lean operational team
