Senior Payments Analyst
This Senior Payments Analyst role is to provide a sufficient variety of payment methods – both for deposits and withdrawals for the company’s players. And at the same time to ensure the most feasible mix of payment methods for the business, including incentivising customers to convert to the less costly payment methods.
Monitoring payment process UX and requesting improvements from development team.
Analysing customer non/successful deposit transactions and collecting customers feedback to identify technical errors and to raise tickets to development team for fixing these.
Helping customer support to troubleshoot and manually fix the questions related to payments.
Building processes to include customer support to payment troubleshooting.
Assisting finance team to cross check and have visibility of the bank statements and balances.
Project management of implementation of new payment methods / both for deposits and withdrawals.
Building of custom deposit methods.
Familiarising the market trends and industry best practices.
Familiarising the payment related legal requirements of our licensed operating countries and giving necessary instructions to operational and development team.
B.A. or equivalent.
3 years’ work experience in payment operations, preferably in online gaming company.
Fluent working proficiency in English.
Ability to set priorities, take responsibility and manage tasks independently.
Attention to details.
High analytical skills.
