Position Overview
The Sales Lead for EMEA will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding the customer base within the region. This position requires someone who can identify new business opportunities, cultivate strong client relationships, and close high-value deals aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development – Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the EMEA region to achieve revenue targets, identifying and prioritizing key markets and customer segments.
- Lead Generation – Conduct market research to identify potential clients within the Web3 space, focusing on Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs).
- Prospecting – Use multiple channels such as LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, industry events, and partnerships to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Client Engagement – Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to address challenges in crypto accounting, audits, financial reporting, and reconciliation.
- Resilience & Follow-Up – Handle rejections with persistence, ensuring continuous follow-up with potential leads.
- Negotiation & Closing – Lead contract negotiations and finalize deals to meet or exceed sales goals, coordinating with legal and finance teams for compliance.
- Collaboration – Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, R&D, Finance, and other teams to align strategies and optimize resources.
- Reporting & Analysis – Track sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably within Web3, crypto accounting, or financial technology.
- Strong knowledge of the crypto industry and accounting principles.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as required.
