Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager
Nashville, Tennessee or Remote
We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our client based in Nashville, Tennessee. This role can be either based in Nashville or remote with occasional travel to Nashville.
In this role you will be at the center of the day-to-day affiliate revenue for the US business of our client. You will work collaboratively to optimize our clients affiliate channels, working to ensure the business is capitalizing on key moments in the sports and casino calendar and working collaboratively with other teams to build relationships with external stakeholders.
This role is perfect for anyone who has a strong passion and clear understanding of online gaming, as well as a detailed knowledge of marketing and affiliate businesses. From pursuing new conversion channels to building new traffic funnels, you will need to be a versatile individual who can manage their workload as necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Content Management Systems (CMS) to efficiently create and manage content.
- Analyze and optimize written affiliate content using SEO techniques to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with the content manager and SEO team to enhance content performance.
- Work closely with our commercial and marketing operations team to ensure the proper utilization of the latest offers in all content.
- Stay updated on affiliate betting trends to generate content ideas for our schedule.
- Provide ideas for content plans and strategies to maximize affiliate content performance.
- Ensure all partner sites receive tailored plans for promotional content and report these plans to respective teams.
- Deliver out-of-hours commercial content when required to support the business.
- Proactively identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities by building new partnerships and optimizing existing ones.
- Reporting performance results.
- Influencing the business approach to North American markets (both new and existing), departmental projects and objectives through pro-active involvement.
- Ensuring offer optimization for greatest customer engagement.
- Offering local insights to improve company products and offerings.
- Supporting asset creation to align with our brand guidelines that drive performance.
- Representing the business externally at key events/partner meetings.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing
- 2+ years of managing direct report(s)
- Previous experience and understanding of SEO
- Ability to work cross-functionally with team members based globally
- Proven track record of being able to negotiate, manage and build relationships with partners
- Ability to bring new ideas and present them in an efficient, concise manner
- Desire to work in a start-up environment with plans to disrupt the traditional affiliate model
- Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
- Excellent time and project management skills. You’re always looking to improve inefficient processes
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
- Knowledge of the sports betting operators and other related businesses
- Knowledge of the US iGaming (sports/casino) Industry
