Senior Business Development Manager

About the Opportunity
Our client, a rapidly growing B2B iGaming provider, is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to help shape its global expansion and lead strategic partnerships. With operations across Europe, Latin America, and Africa, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-growth environment with innovative products and services across Sports, Casino, Fantasy, and Affiliates.

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in identifying new markets, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and drive new business opportunities in target markets

  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key stakeholders and partners

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to support commercial strategy

  • Collaborate with Regional Directors on go-to-market and expansion plans

  • Work closely with Product teams to share insights and influence product development

  • Align with Marketing to refine value propositions and support lead generation efforts

  • Engage clients to validate offerings and ensure product-market fit

  • Recommend improvements to commercial processes and internal alignment

  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities

  • Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships

  • Must have experience within the iGaming industry

  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue and establishing partnerships in key markets

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations

  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex deals

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

  • Analytical mindset and strategic thinking capabilities

  • Self-starter with a hands-on, results-oriented approach

  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

  • Willingness to travel and attend industry events internationally
