Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth.
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to maximize ROI.
Create and manage email marketing campaigns, with a focus on personalization and audience segmentation.
Oversee programmatic advertising and explore innovative targeting and engagement strategies.
Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors, identifying new growth opportunities.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in the iGaming industry or a related field.
Hands-on experience with programmatic advertising platforms and retargeting strategies.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Demonstrated leadership skills, including experience managing or mentoring team members.
Passion for sports, particularly football and an understanding of the sports betting market.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
Strong technical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish.
