Senior Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join the fast-growing team in Tallinn, Estonia.

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Coach a Scrum Team and individual team members to attain Agile maturity and support wider organisational adoption of an Agile mindset.
  • Collaborate with the HR, Product Owners and Tech-leads to ensure individual employee growth and development and challenge preconceived ideas in order to bring out the best results in our people.
  • Promote and advocate a culture of continuous improvement, drive cultural change by championing an agile mindset and ensure the organisation is at the forefront of industry best practices.
  • Evaluate the level of maturity of the Agile team and highlight opportunities for improvement.
  • Forge a partnership with organisational leaders, enable collaboration across teams and cross-departments and help to identify and implement changes on the company level.
  • Oversee Scrum events depending on the team’s requirements.
  • Understand how to use metrics and data to drive improvements.
  • Be able to progress and combine the work of a Scrum Master and a People Coach.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Extensive experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
  • Knowledge of Agile software development principles, practices, and ability to coach team members in different frameworks without becoming reliant upon any single approach.
  • A passion for Agile – motivation for continuously learning and sharing knowledge and experience.
  • Experience working in the iGaming industry (with gaming platforms) is considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, facilitation, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of various methodologies: Lean, Scrum or Kanban, Experience with JIRA and Confluence and its configurations.
