Senior Strategic HR-Advisor

Our Client, a growing start-up company providing Finance and Legal services within the iGaming industry, is currently looking for a Senior HR Advisor who will join their experienced team and act as a Strategic HR Consultant to the growing portfolio of international clients.

Providing strategic HR consulting services to a group of international iGaming Clients.
Helping with HR strategy development and assessment of HR needs.
Establishing strong partnerships to allow the delivery of valuable services.
Advising management on the administration of human resources policies and procedures.
Analysing companies current HR programs and recommending solutions.
Developing, revising, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Ensuring HR programs and services are in compliance with established policies, procedures and regulations.
Preparing and maintaining reports related to specific HR projects.
Assisting with the development and coordination of recommended changes regarding workflow.
Developing methods for compiling and analysing data for reports and special projects.
Presenting training sessions related to specific HR programs.
Working closely with the senior management.
Ideal candidate will:
Understand business strategy and create the appropriate HR plans to address business specific goals. Coordinate activities with HR partners to fulfil upon plans.
Implement core HR processes across the group of clients.
Provide executive coaching and counsel to senior leaders in the client group.
Manage others, projects and project managers to deliver customised HR solutions to provide value to the business.
Collaborate with other HR partners on development of HR strategy, processes and policies.
Provide innovative and creative solutions to senior executives with a willingness to push and challenge for transformative work.
Work with cross-functional teams to shape talent strategy and products.
Leverage data and analysis to solve complex business and talent problems.
Influence partners and key stakeholders.
Develop strategic frameworks to frame business problems.
Minimum of 10 years of HR experience in an international organisation operating in a digital industry.
Solid understanding of the iGaming industry.
Outstanding problem-solving competencies.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills at all levels.
Experience in strategic planning and implementation.
Great leadership skills and ability to empower, motivate and to create positive, inclusive teams.
Master’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Finance or Economics will be considered as a big asset.
Knowledge of international employment law will be beneficial.
Willingness to travel.
Fluency in English.
