Senior Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for full-cycle of recruitment ensuring all technical roles are filled fast and with high quality:
  • Work with C-level and Leads to create job specs and interview plans
  • Headhunt. The best people are usually not on the market
  • Stay creative and flexible in where and how to find the people, both passive and active talent
  • Do screening interviews to understand the motivation and culture match
  • Propose and negotiate offers in collaboration with COO
  • Optimize, optimize, optimize. Data gives you the power to ensure every action is the shortest way to the goal
  • Coach hiring managers and team members to be great interviewers
  • Build our Client’s employer brand
  • Represent our Client in the recruitment community

Requirements:

  • Min 2y experience as a full-stack recruiter in a fast growing company
  • Experience in sourcing and headhunting
  • Background in technical recruitment is a must
  • Basic understanding of modern product development, software engineering, and programming languages
  • Out of this world written and spoken comms skills. How do you sell us and get attention of the top talent?
