Talent Acquisition Manager
Our client is a full service marketing agency operating in the iGaming space: offering CRM, Design, Content and overall Marketing solutions for iGaming brands.
Their HR team is taking care of the employee wellbeing and supporting the growth of the company. They are now looking for an experienced and ambitious Talent Acquisition Manager who will take care of all Recruiting activities. If you are an excellent self-starter and a trustworthy partner for managers you might be the one who we are looking for.
Take responsibility for the entire recruitment process to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience. You will promote job openings, sourcing talents, collaborating with hiring managers and external recruitment agencies, conducting interviews and making offers.
Take responsibility for the employee life cycle. You will support the onboarding, professional development and off-boarding processes.
Take responsibility for employer branding activities.
Make sure that we have all the needed recruitment tools, processes and resources in place.
Participating in administrative and supportive activities, like organising team events and designing the work environment.
3 years of work experience in a similar role, preferably in an international company.
Full-cycle recruitment experience in an agency or in-house.
Strong understanding of various technical roles.
Exemplary communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of employer branding and social media and recruiting channels.
Good organisational and analytical skills.
Fluent in English (both spoken and in writing).
