The Vice President – Sales, Windows will be responsible for managing all aspects of the traditional, national account and commercial sales channels for the company’s Windows Business Unit. The ideal candidate must possess and display a positive attitude with relentless passion for growing the assigned business. The position will be a primary member within the windows leadership team and will be a key role in developing and implementing strategies and driving financial results.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Establishes and implements sales strategies to support sales and profit growth within the assigned sales channels and across the company’s enterprise.
- Develops annual sales plans and associated regional sales budgets
- Manages all sales team members and processes.
- Cultivates and fosters strong working relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Attends and participates in key trade and customer events.
- Trains, mentors, and motivates the sales team.
- Coaches and develops future leaders of the business.
- Ability to manage and plan multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Marketing, Business, Management or a related field
- Seven (7) to ten (10) years relevant experience in consumer durable products industry through sales, product management or marketing
- Master’s (MBA) Degree in a relevant field is required.
- Experience of developing and driving a sales channel; developing programs and building long-term relationships.
- Experience developing and deploying strategic initiatives to profitably expand and grow a business.
- Solid computer skills with experience in the Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, Word Processing, and PowerPoint presentations.
MUST HAVE
- Master’s (MBA) Degree in a relevant field is required.
- 7-10 years relevant experience in consumer durable products industry through sales, product management or marketing
- Experience of developing and driving a sales channel; developing programs and building long-term relationships.
- Experience developing and deploying strategic initiatives to profitably expand and grow a business.
- Experience and Proven ability to drive top-line growth in small to medium sized customer base versus high volume sales with a handful of large-scale retail chains.
- Experience and Demonstrated success in the growth and development of a national sales force.
- Experience and Exposure in the building materials manufacturing space.
- Solid computer skills with experience in the Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, Word Processing, and PowerPoint presentations.
