Finnish VIP Account Manager

Join our clients team as a Finnish VIP Account Manager and provide their high value customers with an exceptional online gaming experience.
As a VIP Account Manager, you will be a crucial player in ensuring that our clients high value customers have access to the world’s most exciting and leading online casinos. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and your passion for online gaming will be put to use in delivering an online gaming experience like no other.
Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with our most valuable customers, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring their gaming experience is exceptional.
- Increasing VIP revenue through active engagement and offering diverse promotions within regulatory rules.
- Reactivating inactive VIP customers and managing their accounts and promotional enquiries.
- Organizing gifts and events to further strengthen relationships and enhance the gaming experience for VIP customers.
- Identifying and highlighting valuable customers to the business and ensuring a warm welcome for them.
- Ensuring consistency of communication and adherence to brand guidelines, and complying with all applicable regulations and legislation while effectively managing any identified risks within areas of responsibility.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Finnish language
- Strong English language skills
- Preferably fluency in another language such as Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish, German, Spanish, Arabic, French or Polish.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- No prior understanding of the gaming industry is necessary, but a proven track record of managing projects or portfolios is desirable
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong ability to develop and maintain customer communication
- Proven ability to achieve targets
- Ability to think creatively and innovate
- Strong communication and relationship building abilities
- Experience in customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills
