VIP Executive – Estonian and Russian

Our client is looking for their new VIP Executive who will be responsible for establishing and maintaining direct communications with VIP players. Apart from that the VIP Executive will take care of the development and execution of high value propositions across our client’s brand, to support sustainable revenue growth across their high value customer portfolio. 

Responsibilities:

  • Review portfolio performance and execute offers for onboarding, retention and reactivation of high value customers, on regular basis.

  • Review potential high value profiles and establish direct communications with them in order to accommodate them to our client’s brand and support their growth.

  • Acquisition of new VIP customers through member-get-member recommendations, special VIP events, etc.

  • Maintain regular communication plan and routine with HV customers and prospects.

  • Develop and execute VIP promotion and campaigns for Sports, Poker and Casino. Analyse campaign ROI to make improvements on future plans.

  • Manage personal rewards and VIP treatments (tours, casino visits, gifts, etc).

  • Work closely with customer support and other teams in order to resolve customers issues and requests.

  • Project manage VIP initiatives with key stakeholders.

  • Collect customer data and insights to provide bespoke personalisation in customer interaction.

Requirements:

  • Estonian, Russian, English language proficiency.

  • Two years experience in a Commercial or Marketing role.

  • Two years of VIP account management, hands-on experience with VIPs interaction.

  • Educated to degree level.

  • Experience in the Gambling/Gaming Industry is desirable but not required.
