VIP Retention Manager
As a VIP Retention Manager, you will be responsible for the creation and planning of all retention-based marketing for the High-Value segments, monitoring, and analysis of campaigns across two platforms and six brands. You will help deliver maximum return on investment by delivering purposeful campaigns. This role reports to the Head of VIP.
Be responsible for both individual Campaign creation and the retention marketing plans for VIP Segments.
Take ownership of end-to-end campaign planning, from idea generation and briefing & resource allocation to analysis, reporting and optimization – on budget & on time.
Scaling the campaign plan to fit VIP segments.
Leading a small team of VIP Campaign Executives.
VIP Retention Manager work includes a lot of strategical planning. Therefore, you will help define and champion processes and strategies connected to:
Loyalty management, retention rate.
Working closely with other VIP Operational team and Head of VIP to ensure that all campaigns are fully optimized.
At least 3 years of experience working with online gaming.
Experience in leading a team.
High organizational skills. You are used to running projects and to coordinate and deliver on time.
A keen eye for detail and an analytical mind.
Microsoft Excel knowledge.
Knowledgeable about marketing channels.
Fluent in English
It would be useful if you have:
Experience in VIP Management.
Knowledge of Sportsbook or Live Casino.
