Head of Product

We are looking for a talented and experienced Head of Product to lead our clients product development and technology teams.
As the Head of Product, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our clients company. You will be responsible for leading and managing our product development and technology teams, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products to our clients customers. Our client is on a mission to build a marketplace in the Balkans offering state of the art online shopping experience to local customers. They take pride in their customer care, innovative solutions, and our commitment to making a positive impact in the industry. Since the launch in 2022 in Albania, they are continuing to expand to North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Romania, Moldova and Serbia.
Responsibilities:
· Lead, mentor, and manage the product and technology teams.
· Develop and execute the product and technology strategy in alignment with the company’s goals.
· Drive product innovation, ensuring that our offerings remain competitive and meet customer needs.
· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer support.
· Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
· Oversee technology infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
· Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
· Proven experience in a leadership role within product development and technology.
· Strong understanding of software development, agile methodologies, and emerging technologies.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
· Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
· Track record of successfully bringing products to market.
