Account Manager Spanish Speaking

Location: Remote (within Europe or Latin America)

As an Account Manager (Spanish Speaking), your role will be pivotal in not only forging but also fostering robust client relationships. You’ll quickly grasp and attend to client needs, backed by an in-depth knowledge of the products. You will be the trusted source, not just meeting client requirements, but also driving business growth through adept up-selling and cross-selling of products and services. What sets you apart is your ability to harness data and insights, translating them into strategies that elevate clients’ performance to new heights.

You will be part of a growing international team. This position offers flexibility, including remote work options, and is ideal for someone open to travel.

Your areas of responsibility will include:

  •         Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships as their primary point of contact, meeting their needs promptly, and providing exceptional experience.
  •         Multi-Client Engagement: Act as the primary contact for multiple clients across diverse verticals, ensuring their unique needs are met and exceeded.
  •         Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Commercial Managers and Product Owners of various teams within the commercial department to foster cross-selling opportunities and effectively manage client accounts. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experience and effective fulfillment of customer needs.
  •         Product Knowledge: Keep comprehensive knowledge of our company’s products, services, and verticals. Participate in the entire sales process to support successful conversions.
  •         Enhanced Client Journey: Devise and execute initiatives aimed at enhancing the client journey and overall experience, actively seeking ways to improve service quality.
  •         Solution Delivery: Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions in alignment with customer needs and objectives.
  •         Process Enhancement: Proactively and continuously identify areas for improvement in procedures and processes through data analysis, actively contributing to their refinement.

 Requirements:

●       Excellent command of the English language and Spanish

●       Experience in igaming industry, understanding of  sportsbook platform, including knowledge of its various products, how they function, and their roles within the platform, and Casino operations as it’s an integral part of the platform.

●       Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;

●       Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs;

●       Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment;

●       Ability to prioritize among competing tasks;

  •         Experience in CRM and PMO tools like JIRA, Trello
