Head of Marketing

Our client, a prominent player in the affiliate and performance marketing sector within the US iGaming industry, is in search of a talented Head of Marketing to take the lead in driving our continued growth. This role involves leading the Advisory marketing team, focusing on branding and messaging coherence, email marketing, CRM optimization, sales marketing, paid marketing, conversion rate optimization, and a strong emphasis on lead generation and conversion for Raketech’s US properties. Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate your expertise as a Marketing leader, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of the US iGaming landscape.
  • Utilize a combination of email marketing, CRM optimization, sales marketing, lead generation, paid marketing, and conversion rate optimization to fuel our dynamic growth.
  • As a master of the US iGaming domain, encompassing sports, casino, and various gaming genres, bring a unique perspective to our team. Previous experience in subscription and advisory roles is highly advantageous.
  • Analyze gaps, conduct research, and make strategic content decisions, optimization choices, and pioneering tests to enhance the properties.
  • Lead a marketing team to execute all marketing initiatives and establish a process to maintain and scale the business.
  • Stay ahead of algorithm shifts and industry trends, leading the way in embracing cutting-edge best practices, offering recommendations, and implementing marketing enhancements to improve ROI across all marketing channels.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with our content team, product owners, and developers to ensure seamless integration of marketing optimizations in our evolving landscape.
  • Maintain a laser focus on tracking and reporting performance, delving deep to uncover the core drivers of our exceptional achievements.
  • Set an example by assembling, inspiring, and empowering a core team destined for greatness.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven track record of achieving outstanding results by increasing conversion rates, enhancing brand visibility, and optimizing marketing performance through strategic analysis and execution.
  • Ability to identify and prioritize revenue-generating opportunities within cross-functional teams, ensuring the best outcomes for our organization.
  • Strong data-driven thinking to solve complex problems and make informed decisions that drive growth in marketing and sales.
  • Profound knowledge of marketing content creation and experience with multiple websites, harnessing the power of engaging and optimized content and advertising mediums.
  • Expert understanding of the conversion funnel and customer acquisition, optimizing each stage for maximum growth and conversions.
  • In-depth expertise in a wide range of marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Facebook Ad Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, Hulu, TikTok, and more.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS to facilitate effective collaboration with our development team.
  • Strong communication skills for effectively conveying priorities and collaborating with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation.
  • Knowledge of email list health and reputation management.
  • Previous experience in managing a marketing team, demonstrating leadership skills and the ability to drive success through others.
