Graphic Designer
Cyprus, Nicosia (Flexible hybrid)
We are hiring a Graphic Designer on behalf of our client, an international performance agency working with high-growth casino and sweepstakes products.
We are looking for a full-time, Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team in Cyprus. You will play a key role in producing engaging, high-quality visuals across multiple channels, including on-site assets, display advertising, social media, print, native formats, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design eye-catching visual assets for marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and maintain brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
- Produce materials accurately and on time, from concept to final execution.
- Evolve and refine our brand identity across marketing channels.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to enhance campaign performance.
- Monitor creative quality, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Translate campaign briefs into visually compelling concepts.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions aligned with business goals.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Strong eye for detail and creative flair.
- Proficient in Figma; Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- High level of English, both written and spoken.
- Proactive, adaptable, and open to feedback.
- Passion for producing innovative and effective creative work.
- Familiarity with AI design tools is an advantage.
- Experience in iGaming or a digital agency environment is considered an asset.
