About the Role
We’re hiring on behalf of our client – a well-established marketing agency in the iGaming industry that’s launching an exciting new Sweepstakes casino brand targeting the U.S. market.
We’re looking for a proactive and driven Customer Support Representative to join their ambitious team in Warsaw. If you’re hands-on, solution-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced iGaming environment, this one’s for you.
You’ll be the first point of contact for players – supporting them with everything from account setup to payments, KYC, and more. The role requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends, with a hybrid setup offering a mix of office and remote work.
What You’ll Be Doing
Support players via live chat and email, delivering quick and effective solutions
Handle inquiries related to payments, KYC, account access, gameplay, and promotions
Monitor and respond to customer feedback, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Collaborate with internal departments (Payments, Content, Risk, Product) to resolve issues
Assist with content updates, quality checks, and other ad-hoc operational tasks
Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM tools and follow internal procedures
What You’ll Bring
Fluent English, both written and spoken (a must!)
Previous experience in customer support or iGaming is a huge plus
High energy, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
