What’s the role?

As an Account Manager – Portuguese Speaking, you will play a crucial role in both establishing and nurturing strong client relationships. Quick at understanding and addressing client needs, you’ll also possess an intimate knowledge of the product lineup. Clients will regard you as a trusted advisor, not merely fulfilling their demands but actively boosting their business by skillfully up-selling and cross-selling the expansive product range. You’ll stand out for your knack to leverage data and insights, crafting strategies that propel client success. You’ll be an integral part of an expanding international team, with the role offering flexible work arrangements, including the possibility of remote work and travel.

In this role, you will:

  • Client Relationship Management: Be the first line of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence.
  • Multi-Client Engagement: Serve as the main liaison for various clients spanning different verticals, consistently exceeding their expectations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with Commercial Managers and Product Owners across departments, creating cross-selling avenues and ensuring optimal client account management. Foster a seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders for an unparalleled customer journey.
  • Product Mastery: Maintain a deep understanding of the product and service offerings, actively participating in sales processes to guarantee successful outcomes.
  • Client Experience Enhancement: Spearhead initiatives to uplift the client journey, always on the lookout for service improvements.
  • Solution Delivery: Assure the timely and fitting delivery of solutions, aligning with client goals.
  • Process Refinement: Continuously pinpoint process enhancements through diligent data analysis, leading efforts for process optimization.

What qualifications and traits are we seeking?

● Fluent in both English and Portuguese.

● Minimum of 3 years in account management or sales roles.

● Familiarity with the igaming industry, especially with the intricacies of the sportsbook platform and casino operations.

● Proven capability to communicate, present, and influence with credibility across organizational levels.

● Innate relationship-building skills marked by integrity, dependability, and maturity.

● Proficient at juggling multiple tasks and setting priorities.

● Acute attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.

● Practical experience with CRM and PMO tools, particularly JIRA.
