Senior PR & Communications Manager

For our client – a platform provider within the iGaming industry – we are looking for an experienced Senior PR & Communications Manager. Our client is a recognized B2B innovator in iGaming solutions, known for its dynamic presence in emerging markets. With a rapidly expanding portfolio of satisfied clients and strategic collaborations, the company offers a state-of-the-art iGaming platform, turnkey solutions, and standalone products, facilitating swift market entry and expansion for operators.

At the core of our client’s offering is their fully customizable iGaming platform, featuring over 75 game providers, a vast library of 6400+ games, and support for multiple currencies and over 80 payment methods. Operators have the power to build their very own casino, sportsbook, lottery, fantasy, or poker business exactly as they envision it.

What’s the role?

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior PR & Communications Manager to build and enhance our client’s corporate reputation through effective communication strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in stakeholder engagement, narrative development, and PR & media relations. As a key member of our client’s communications team, you will play a crucial role in translating business objectives into compelling stories that resonate with both internal and external audiences.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, stay informed about plans, business objectives, and emerging issues.
  • Act as a trusted communications advisor, providing strategic counsel to leadership and teams.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to transform narratives into engaging content for various channels, including press releases, blog posts, and leadership messages.
  • Craft compelling stories that highlight the unique value propositions of our client’s products and services.
  • Grow and strengthen our client’s bench of external speakers by identifying and preparing internal experts for speaking engagements.
  • Draft presentations, talking points, and briefing packs for executives participating in media events and conferences.
  • Manage executives’ presence at speaking engagements, ensuring a consistent and impactful external-facing presence.
  • Manage relationships with press and analysts to amplify our client’s organizational story.
  • Source, select, and manage external agencies to support media relations efforts.
  • Proactively identify and capitalize on news-worthy topics within our client’s organization.
  • Prepare and distribute media releases aimed at a general audience, showcasing our client’s achievements and milestones.

What are the key experience and personal attribute requirements?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Ideally, a minimum of 3 years of experience as a communications manager in a global company.
  • Alternatively, a minimum of 4 years of PR experience in a digital company.
  • Proven experience in corporate communications, with a focus on narrative development and media relations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate complex information into clear and compelling messages.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage external agencies and build relationships with key media and analyst contacts.
