Finnish Speaking Customer Operations Specialist

We are collaborating with a dynamic new igaming start-up that are launching their first product in August, this is a unique opportunity to join them as one of the inaugural members of the Customer Support team. The team consists of seasoned igaming experts who are dedicated to fostering a fun and inclusive workplace where creativity and collaboration thrive.

Our client has started to build their team now and they are interested in experienced igaming professionals that can add value through players communications and also to bring their ideas to the table. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to players through various communications channels
  • Assist with payment, KYC, content and other ad-hoc duties
  • Help to create a solid foundation to new team in the making

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in igaming 
  • Fluent level in both Finnish and English languages
  • Flexibility in terms of work schedule (this will be mainly afternoon/evening role for now)
  • Based in Tallinn or able to relocate to Tallinn
