Our client has started to build their team and they are interested in experienced professionals that can add value through players communications and also to bring their ideas to the table.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to players through various communications channels
- Assist with payment, KYC, content and other ad-hoc duties
- Help to create a solid foundation to new team in the making
Requirements:
- Ideally previous experience in igaming
- Fluent level in both Finnish and English languages
- Flexibility in terms of work schedule (this will be mainly afternoon/evening role for now)
- Based in Tallinn or able to relocate to Tallinn
