AdOps Executive

We’re hiring on behalf of our partner, a dynamic digital marketing company working across international markets. Their team of specialists is passionate about delivering high-performing campaigns by blending creativity with data-driven strategies.

We’re currently looking for an AdOps Executive to join the team responsible for planning, setting up, optimizing, and reporting on multi-platform digital campaigns. The ideal candidate understands the ecosystem of paid social and search (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.) and has hands-on experience with advertising and analytics tools.

You’ll collaborate with project managers, creatives, and other departments to deliver campaigns that not only look great but also convert.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and launch ad campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Snapchat, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok, and more

  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS

  • Collaborate with creative and project management teams on formats, creatives, and A/B tests

  • Prepare reports, analyze performance, and provide actionable optimization recommendations

  • Ensure proper setup of tags, pixels, and conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, etc.

  • Take part in media planning and advertising budget estimations

  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and propose new strategies and solutions

🔍 Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience managing digital campaigns (agency-side or in-house)

  • Proficiency with tools like Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset

  • Understanding of sales funnels and performance marketing

  • Independent, detail-oriented, and well-organized

  • Comfortable communicating in English, especially with US-based clients and international teams

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the sports betting, online casino, or social gaming space

  • Experience in app advertising

  • Google or Meta certifications or willingness to obtain them
