CRM Marketing Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of our partner, a leading sports media network dedicated to building highly engaged communities of sports fans and bettors. Their focus is on delivering value through data-driven engagement, personalized marketing, and seamless customer experiences.

As part of the fast-growing iGaming industry, our partner combines cutting-edge technology with innovative marketing strategies to stay ahead of the competition. They currently operate multiple brands and maintain strong partnerships with major global sports and betting media outlets.

We are looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to join the team in a hybrid role based in Nashville, TN, or fully remote from NY, NJ, CO, FL, MD, PA, or MN.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute the CRM strategy across all owned and operated brands on both web and mobile platforms.
  • Work closely with the Loyalty, Brand, and Product teams to align CRM efforts with long-term business goals.
  • Oversee segmented, data-driven, and personalized marketing campaigns, incorporating email, push notifications, and onsite messaging.
  • Develop and execute tailored customer engagement strategies, focusing on retention, churn prevention, upsell, and reactivation.
  • Enhance and optimize existing CRM workflows and automation to improve efficiency.
  • Lead promotional campaigns that support overall audience engagement and growth.
  • Collaborate with Product and Development teams to ensure seamless execution of CRM initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and technology partners as needed.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.

Your Skillset & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM marketing or CRM marketing operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and ESPs (HubSpot, Salesforce, XtremePush, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Familiarity with personalization tools like Movable Ink or similar software.
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to develop engaging, high-converting messaging.
  • Experience in subscription-based marketing or membership-driven engagement strategies is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach with initiative and creativity.
  • Understanding of the U.S. sports betting industry is beneficial.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and within a team.
