We are seeking a Fraud Analyst on behalf of our partner in the iGaming industry—a rapidly expanding online crypto casino that delivers a top-tier gaming experience. With a team of industry experts behind its success, this company is growing fast, and with that growth comes the need for strong fraud prevention.
We are looking for someone who can analyze risks, detect fraudulent activity, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for players.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor transactional and behavioral data to identify fraud patterns and refine prevention strategies.
- Conduct reviews of flagged accounts, taking necessary actions based on fraud detection software alerts.
- Work closely with various departments to handle fraud-related player issues and payment inquiries.
- Investigate breaches of Terms and Conditions and contribute to fraud mitigation efforts.
- Maintain and update internal records of restricted, banned, or flagged accounts.
- Support ongoing improvements in fraud detection processes and department workflows.
What You Bring to the Role:
- At least 1 year of experience in fraud prevention or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail while maintaining a strategic outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with internal teams.
- Ability to analyze data and apply logical reasoning to decision-making.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills to juggle daily responsibilities.
- Familiarity with online payments and fraud prevention tools.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- Experience with data analysis is a plus.
