We’re hiring a Fraud Analyst (Asia) for our partner in the iGaming industry.
Our partner is one of the fastest-growing online crypto casinos in the world, offering an exceptional gaming experience and run by some of the most experienced people in the industry. With rapid growth comes responsibility, and they are looking for someone to help fight fraud and ensure a safe, fun environment for players.
The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting risk assessments and liaising with internal stakeholders to handle any related queries. The role is fully remote based in the APAC timezone.
Main Responsibilities:
Analyze transactional and behavioral data to detect fraudulent patterns and provide insights to improve fraud prevention rules.
Review and analyze player withdrawal requests to detect suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
Conduct fraud reviews and take appropriate action on player accounts flagged by fraud detection systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve fraud-related player inquiries and payment concerns.
Investigate and report players who violate the company’s Terms and Conditions.
Support improvements to fraud prevention processes and overall departmental efficiency.
Personal Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role related to fraud prevention.
High attention to detail while maintaining a broader perspective.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with good judgment and common sense.
Strong prioritization and time management skills.
Familiarity with online payments and fraud detection tools.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English is mandatory.
Experience with data analysis is preferred.
