Fraud Analyst

Role Overview:

We are hiring for our partner in the iGaming industry, a rapidly expanding online crypto casino that provides an outstanding gaming experience. Backed by a highly experienced team, this company is growing at a fast pace, and with that comes the need for strong fraud prevention measures.

We are looking for a Fraud Analyst (REMOTE within Europe) who can help combat fraud, protect players, and uphold a secure gaming environment. This role involves conducting risk assessments, analyzing transactional data, and working with internal teams to manage fraud-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze behavioral and transactional data to identify fraud patterns and optimize prevention strategies.
  • Review flagged accounts and take necessary actions based on fraud detection tools.
  • Work with various departments to resolve fraud-related issues, including player and payment concerns.
  • Investigate and report cases where players breach Terms and Conditions, supporting risk mitigation.
  • Maintain and manage internal databases of flagged, locked, or banned accounts for ongoing monitoring.
  • Assist in improving fraud prevention processes and team efficiency.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a fraud prevention or risk-related role.
  • Strong attention to detail while maintaining a broad strategic perspective.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with internal teams.
  • The ability to analyze data, apply logic, and use common sense in decision-making.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of online payments and fraud prevention tools.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
  • Previous data analysis experience is an advantage.
