MarTech Manager

We are hiring a MarTech Manager on behalf of our client, an international performance agency working with high-growth casino and sweepstakes products.
This role sits at the core of the business, enabling accurate tracking, attribution, automation, and performance optimisation across multiple paid media channels and markets.
You will work closely with Paid Media, Creative, and Data teams, ensuring all systems are connected, scalable, and delivering reliable data for decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Own and optimise the end-to-end MarTech stack (GA4, GTM, MMPs, tracking tools – CAPI)
Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across paid media channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
Ensure smooth client on-boarding from a technical perspective
Act as the technical bridge between Marketing, Data, and Engineering
Build and maintain scalable tracking frameworks and tagging structures
Design and implement automation workflows to eliminate manual processes (Make, Zapier, APIs)
Partner with Data teams to structure marketing data pipelines (e.g. BigQuery)
Develop data validation and monitoring systems to ensure tracking accuracy (Conversion API’s)
Build performance alerts and reporting frameworks for real-time insights
Support implementation of AI-driven tools across marketing workflows
Contribute to the MarTech roadmap and tool selection
Requirements:
Deep experience in MarTech / Marketing Analytics / Growth Tech
Strong hands-on experience with tracking & attribution (GA4, GTM)
Experience working with paid media ecosystems (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
Understanding of MMPs and attribution challenges
Experience with WebHooks
Experience with data warehouses (BigQuery or similar)
Hands-on experience with automation tools (Make, Zapier, APIs)
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Strong problem-solving mindset with focus on scalability and efficiency
Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Nice to Have:
Experience in iGaming, betting, or high-growth digital environments
Experience with server-side tracking
Exposure to AI tools in marketing / analytics
Understanding of multi-market / compliance-heavy environments
