We are hiring a PPC Manager on behalf of our client, an international performance agency working with high-growth casino and sweepstakes products.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cutting-edge Black Hat PPC strategies tailored for online gambling platforms to drive targeted traffic and increase customer acquisition.

  • Utilize advanced methods to bypass ad network policies and restrictions (Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Taboola, etc.) to ensure high visibility for our gambling products.

  • Conduct thorough keyword research and implement high-conversion search strategies across multiple ad networks.

  • Build, manage, and optimize multi-platform PPC campaigns

  • Create, test, and optimize ad copies, landing pages, funnels, and campaign structures for maximum ROI.

  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign data, using real-time insights to iterate and scale results.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in Black Hat PPC and high-risk verticals.

  • Work closely with internal teams (design, dev, marketing ) to align execution and performance goals.

  • Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to identify winning campaign elements and eliminate weak links.

  • Provide regular performance reports, budget forecasts, and strategic updates to senior leadership.

  • Take ownership of PPC KPIs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a PPC Manager in the online gambling, crypto, or other high-risk industry.

  • Mastery of Black Hat PPC strategies, including cloaking

  • Hands-on experience running PPC campaigns on Google, Facebook, TikTok, and affiliate platforms.

  • Comfortable using tracking and cloaking tools

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills-able to dissect complex data and pivot strategies rapidly.

  • Deep understanding of gambling industry regulations, compliance nuances, and operational risks.

  • Creative, resourceful, and results-driven-ready to challenge standard practices to outperform competition.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple traffic sources and projects at once.

  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, performance-focused environments.

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal); other languages are a plus.
