Role: Sales Manager – LATAM (iGaming)
About the Role
We are hiring on behalf of our partner, a rapidly expanding company in the iGaming industry, seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development efforts across Latin America. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with an in-depth understanding of the LATAM gaming market, a strong network, and a proven track record in sales growth.
This position is both strategic and hands-on, requiring someone who can drive revenue, expand market reach, and build strong partnerships across the region. A competitive compensation package with performance-driven incentives is offered to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Develop and implement a sales strategy focused on acquiring and expanding key accounts in LATAM’s iGaming sector.
- Identify, engage, and secure partnerships with operators, platforms, and key industry stakeholders to grow market share.
- Leverage an existing network to build long-term business relationships and unlock new commercial opportunities.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive sales performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded within the region.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Optimize the sales pipeline by identifying bottlenecks and implementing best practices for efficiency.
Cross-Team Collaboration & Strategy Alignment
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure sales initiatives are aligned with customer needs and market demands.
- Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to senior leadership, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
What You Bring
Experience & Industry Knowledge
- 4-6 years of experience in sales and business development, with at least 2-3 years in sales leadership, ideally within the iGaming industry.
- A strong understanding of LATAM’s gaming ecosystem, including market trends, regulations, and key players.
- A well-established network of contacts in the Latin American gaming space.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a history of exceeding revenue goals.
- Experience using CRM software and sales analytics tools for pipeline management and reporting.
- Ability to adapt strategies to evolving market conditions and regulatory landscapes.
Language & Travel Requirements
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and/or Portuguese is essential.
- Willingness to travel across Latin America and internationally as required.
