Senior Paid Media Manager

We are hiring a Senior Paid Media Manager on behalf of our client, an international performance agency working with high-growth casino and sweepstakes products. The ideal candidate is an experienced performance marketer who can lead people, processes, and execution across multiple brands while ensuring consistency, efficiency, and strong results.

Role Summary

You will oversee the paid media function across multiple iGaming brands, ensuring excellence in execution, processes, reporting, and team management. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you will guide media buyers, optimize workflows, and ensure campaigns consistently meet performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Execution

  • Manage, coach, and mentor media buyers and ad-ops executives
  • Oversee campaign setup, pacing, QA, and ongoing performance optimization across all key platforms
  • Maintain and enforce standard operating procedures, naming conventions, and reporting structures
  • Coordinate closely with the Creative Lead to test, review, and iterate on ad creatives
  • Present performance updates to clients, gather feedback, and propose optimization strategies

Ad-Network & Operational Ownership

  • Manage agency-side business operations: BM/account creation, asset organization, billing, and permissions
  • Troubleshoot policy restrictions, account blocks, and credit line issues
  • Maintain strong relationships with network reps, leverage betas, negotiate discounts, and remain ahead of industry trends

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Head of Strategy to align on budgets, scaling plans, and growth priorities
  • Ensure efficient distribution of workload and resources across clients and internal teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing paid media within the iGaming, casino, or betting vertical
  • Strong track record in Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, and/or programmatic campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Experience working with agencies or multi-brand environments is preferred
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable making decisions quickly
  • Bonus: experience with BI tools, automation, or workflow management systems
