Join our partner as a Web Analytics Engineer and work on strategic initiatives with a collaborative team!

As a Web Analytics Engineer, you will be helping to create and implement digital marketing strategies to drive sales through our clients websites by building and supporting relevant reports and carrying out data analysis of digital advertising channels and web-shops. Your main goal will be to provide the insights and suggestions for more effective digital campaigns, channels as well as to suggest improvements in our clients web-sales channel.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the go-to person for Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA360/GA4), including server-side tracking in Google Cloud.
  • Set up and manage tags, cookies, and tracking tools to measure what’s happening on our clients websites.

  • Help marketing teams run campaigns by making sure tracking works smoothly across Google, Meta, and other ad platforms.

  • Build easy-to-use reports, dashboards, and funnels so everyone can see how things are performing.

  • Connect marketing tools so that data flows where it needs to go without issues.

  • Fix tracking problems and work together with marketers, analysts, and developers.

  • Keep documentation clear and up to date, while following GDPR and best practices.

  • Take part in Agile projects, support ongoing tasks, and share knowledge with the team.

  • Keep stakeholders in the loop with helpful updates on progress and next steps.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with and managing cookie consent. (OneTrust)
  • Hands-on skills in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 360/GA4.
  • A solid understanding of JavaScript and HTML—you don’t need to be a developer, but you know your way around the basics.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to understand one of the Baltic languages to collaborate in an international environment.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with Google Consent Management Platform (CMP), Google Cloud Platform, or Google Marketing Platform.
  • Experience with Meta for Business (Facebook/Instagram Ads).
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Marketing Solutions and Microsoft Advertising.

  • A relevant bachelor’s degree or higher.

  • Previous experience working in an Agile team environment.

  • Good communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

  • Practical experience in data development.

  • Exposure to tools like Hotjar, VWO, or Supermetrics.
