Our partner is building a next-generation creator-driven affiliate infrastructure for the iGaming industry. Their platform combines advanced tracking, creator tooling, and high-converting distribution to help operators scale faster and smarter.
With strong technology, an existing creator network, and increasing deal flow, they are now looking to hire a Head of iGaming Partnerships to own and scale the affiliate side of the business globally.
The Role
This is a high-impact, revenue-owning leadership role responsible for building and scaling the iGaming affiliate ecosystem end-to-end.
The successful candidate will operate across all five layers of the affiliate stack:
Casino & sportsbook operator partnerships
Affiliate networks & tracking infrastructure
Creator / traffic acquisition strategy
Fraud prevention & compliance
Revenue optimization (CPA vs Rev Share)
Key Responsibilities
Casino & Operator Partnerships
Build and manage direct relationships with leading operators
Negotiate CPA, hybrid, and revenue share agreements
Drive and accelerate partnership deal cycles
Affiliate Network & Tracking Infrastructure
Own implementation and optimization of platforms such as Everflow, Affise, TUNE, Impact, and Trackier
Ensure accurate attribution through postbacks and server-to-server tracking
Build scalable reporting and partner dashboards
Creator & Traffic Acquisition
Develop and execute creator acquisition strategies across Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Discord, Telegram, SEO affiliates, and crypto influencers
Build and scale a high-performing creator affiliate network
Fraud Prevention & Compliance
Identify and mitigate fake traffic, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, and VPN/geolocation manipulation
Implement fraud detection systems and compliance controls across regulated and grey markets
Revenue Optimization
Own affiliate P&L and revenue growth
Optimize CPA, Rev Share, and Hybrid models
Improve LTV, conversion rates, and acquisition efficiency
Requirements
Must-Have Experience
Proven track record scaling iGaming affiliate revenue (ideally $5M+ annually)
Experience working with operators or affiliates such as Gambling.com Group or Better Collective
Strong understanding of player economics including CPA, LTV, and retention
Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms
Existing network of operator and affiliate relationships
You understand all five layers:
